- John 43 1:28 - These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing .
ΤΑΥΤΑ ΕΝ ΒΗΨΑΝΙΑ ΕΓΕΝΕΤΟ ΠΕΡΑΝ ΤΟΥ ΙΟΡΔΑΝΟΥ ΟΠΟΥ ΗΝ Ο ΙΩΑΝΝΗς ΒΑΠΤΙΖΩΝ - Mark 41 6:14 - And king Herod heard of him; and he said , That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in him.
ΚΑΙ ΗΚΟΥΣΕΝ Ο ΒΑΣΙΛΕΥς ΗΡΩΔΗς ΦΑΝΕΡΟΝ ΓΑΡ ΕΓΕΝΕΤΟ ΤΟ ΟΝΟΜΑ ΑΥΤΟΥ ΚΑΙ ΕΛΕΓΟΝ ΟΤΙ ΙΩΑΝΝΗς Ο ΒΑΠΤΙΖΩΝ ΕΓΗΓΕΡΤΑΙ ΕΚ ΝΕΚΡΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΑ ΤΟΥΤΟ ΕΝΕΡΓΟΥΣΙΝ ΑΙ ΔΥΝΑΜΕΙς ΕΝ ΑΥΤΩ - John 43 10:40 - And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized ; and there he abode .
ΚΑΙ ΑΠΗΛΨΕΝ ΠΑΛΙΝ ΠΕΡΑΝ ΤΟΥ ΙΟΡΔΑΝΟΥ ΕΙς ΤΟΝ ΤΟΠΟΝ ΟΠΟΥ ΗΝ ΙΩΑΝΝΗς ΤΟ ΠΡΩΤΟΝ ΒΑΠΤΙΖΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΕΜΕΝΕΝ ΕΚΕΙ - John 43 3:23 - And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there : and they came , and were baptized .
ΗΝ ΔΕ ΚΑΙ Ο ΙΩΑΝΝΗς ΒΑΠΤΙΖΩΝ ΕΝ ΑΙΝΩΝ ΕΓΓΥς ΤΟΥ ΣΑΛΕΙΜ ΟΤΙ ΥΔΑΤΑ ΠΟΛΛΑ ΗΝ ΕΚΕΙ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΡΕΓΙΝΟΝΤΟ ΚΑΙ ΕΒΑΠΤΙΖΟΝΤΟ - John 43 1:33 - And I knew him not : but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending , and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost.
