- Luke 42 16:1 - And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward ; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods .
ΕΛΕΓΕΝ ΔΕ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΟς ΤΟΥς ΜΑΨΗΤΑς ΑΝΨΡΩΠΟς ΤΙς ΗΝ ΠΛΟΥΣΙΟς Ος ΕΙΧΕΝ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΟΝ ΚΑΙ ΟΥΤΟς ΔΙΕΒΛΗΨΗ ΑΥΤΩ Ως ΔΙΑΣΚΟΡΠΙΖΩΝ ΤΑ ΥΠΑΡΧΟΝΤΑ ΑΥΤΟΥ - Titus 56 1:7 - For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God ; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre ;
ΔΕΙ ΓΑΡ ΤΟΝ ΕΠΙΣΚΟΠΟΝ ΑΝΕΓΚΛΗΤΟΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ Ως ΨΕΟΥ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΟΝ ΜΗ ΑΥΨΑΔΗ ΜΗ ΟΡΓΙΛΟΝ ΜΗ ΠΑΡΟΙΝΟΝ ΜΗ ΠΛΗΚΤΗΝ ΜΗ ΑΙΣΧΡΟΚΕΡΔΗ - Luke 42 16:8 - And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely : for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light.
