- 2 Samuel 10 14:1 - Now Joab the son of Zeruiah perceived that the king's heart was toward Absalom.
וידע יואב בנ־צריה כי־לב המלך על־אבשׁלום יוֹאָב Joab בֵּן son Afflicted, age, (Ahoh-.. צְרוּיָה Zeruiah יָדַע Acknowledge, acquaintan.. [8799] מֶלֶךְ king King, royal לֵב Care for, comfortably,.. אֲבִישָׁלוֹם Abishalom, Absalom - 2 Samuel 10 15:12 - And Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David's counsellor , from his city, even from Giloh, while he offered sacrifices. And the conspiracy was strong ; for the people increased continually with Absalom.
