- Leviticus 3 25:33 - And if a man purchase of the Levites, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the year of jubile : for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.
ואשׁר יגאל מנ־הלוים ויצא ממכר־בית ועיר אחזתו ביבל כי בתי ערי הלוים הוא אחזתם בתוך בני ישׂראל - Leviticus 3 25:32 - Notwithstanding the cities of the Levites, and the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.
וערי הלוים בתי ערי אחזתם גאלת עולם תהיה ללוים - 1 Chronicles 13 7:28 - And their possessions and habitations were, Bethel and the towns thereof, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer, with the towns thereof; Shechem also and the towns thereof, unto Gaza and the towns thereof:
ואחזתם ומשׁבותם בית־אל ובנתיה ולמזרח נערן ולמערב גזר ובנתיה ושׁכם ובנתיה עד־עיה ובנתיה - 2 Chronicles 14 11:14 - For the Levites left their suburbs and their possession, and came to Judah and Jerusalem : for Jeroboam and his sons had cast them off from executing the priest's office unto the LORD :
