- 1 Samuel 9 2:30 - Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith , I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever : but now the LORD saith , Be it far from me ; for them that honour me I will honour , and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed .
לכן נאמ־יהוה אלהי ישׂראל אמור אמרתי ביתך ובית אביך יתהלכו לפני עד־עולם ועתה נאמ־יהוה חלילה לי כי־מכבדי אכבד ובזי יקלו - Micah 33 2:7 - O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened ? are these his doings ? do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly ?
