- 2 Chronicles 14 23:1 - And in the seventh year Jehoiada strengthened himself, and took the captains of hundreds, Azariah the son of Jeroham, and Ishmael the son of Jehohanan, and Azariah the son of Obed, and Maaseiah the son of Adaiah, and Elishaphat the son of Zichri, into covenant with him.
ובשׁנה השׁבעית התחזק יהוידע ויקח את־שׂרי המאות לעזריהו בנ־ירחם ולישׁמעאל בנ־יהוחנן ולעזריהו בנ־עובד ואת־מעשׂיהו בנ־עדיהו ואת־אלישׁפט בנ־זכרי עמו בברית - 1 Kings 11 20:34 - And Benhadad said unto him, The cities, which my father took from thy father, I will restore ; and thou shalt make streets for thee in Damascus, as my father made in Samaria. Then said Ahab, I will send thee away with this covenant. So he made a covenant with him, and sent him away .
ויאמר אליו הערים אשׁר־לקח־אבי מאת אביך אשׁיב וחוצות תשׂים לך בדמשׂק כאשׁר־שׂם אבי בשׁמרון ואני בברית אשׁלחך ויכרת־לו ברית וישׁלחהו - Isaiah 23 56:6 - Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant ;
ובני הנכר הנלוים על־יהוה לשׁרתו ולאהבה את־שׁם יהוה להיות לו לעבדים כל־שׁמר שׁבת מחללו ומחזיקים בבריתי - Ezekiel 26 16:8 - Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love ; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness : yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine.
ואעבר עליך ואראך והנה עתך עת דדים ואפרשׂ כנפי עליך ואכסה ערותך ואשׁבע לך ואבוא בברית אתך נאם אדני יהוה ותהיי לי - Deuteronomy 5 29:12 - That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day :
