- Amos 30 7:9 - And the high places of Isaac shall be desolate , and the sanctuaries of Israel shall be laid waste ; and I will rise against the house of Jeroboam with the sword.
ונשׁמו במות ישׂחק ומקדשׁי ישׂראל יחרבו וקמתי על־בית ירבעם בחרב - 2 Chronicles 14 28:25 - And in every several city of Judah he made high places to burn incense unto other gods, and provoked to anger the LORD God of his fathers.
ובכל־עיר ועיר ליהודה עשׂה במות לקטר לאלהים אחרים ויכעס את־יהוה אלהי אבתיו - 1 Kings 11 15:14 - But the high places were not removed : nevertheless Asa's heart was perfect with the LORD all his days.

והיה במות השׁופט ישׁבו והשׁחיתו מאבותם ללכת אחרי אלהים אחרים לעבדם ולהשׁתחות להם לא הפילו ממעלליהם ומדרכם הקשׁה - 1 Kings 11 13:2 - And he cried against the altar in the word of the LORD, and said , O altar, altar, thus saith the LORD ; Behold, a child shall be born unto the house of David, Josiah by name ; and upon thee shall he offer the priests of the high places that burn incense upon thee, and men's bones shall be burnt upon thee.
ויקרא על־המזבח בדבר יהוה ויאמר מזבח מזבח כה אמר יהוה הנה־בן נולד לבית־דוד יאשׁיהו שׁמו וזבח עליך את־כהני הבמות המקטרים עליך ועצמות אדם ישׂרפו עליך
