- Joshua 6 10:10 - And the LORD discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Bethhoron, and smote them to Azekah, and unto Makkedah.
ויהמם יהוה לפני ישׂראל ויכם מכה־גדולה בגבעון וירדפם דרך מעלה בית־חורן ויכם עד־עזקה ועד־מקדה - Nehemiah 16 7:4 - Now the city was large and great : but the people were few therein, and the houses were not builded .
והעיר רחבת ידים וגדולה והעם מעט בתוכה ואין בתים בנוים - 2 Kings 12 4:8 - And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a great woman ; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was, that as oft as he passed by , he turned in thither to eat bread.

ועתה כה־אמר יהוה אלהי צבאות אלהי ישׂראל למה אתם עשׂים רעה גדולה אל־נפשׁתכם להכרית לכם אישׁ־ואשׁה עולל ויונק מתוך יהודה לבלתי הותיר לכם שׁארית - Joshua 6 6:20 - So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets : and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat , so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
וירע העם ויתקעו בשׁפרות ויהי כשׁמע העם את־קול השׁופר ויריעו העם תרועה גדולה ותפל החומה תחתיה ויעל העם העירה אישׁ נגדו וילכדו את־העיר
