- Nehemiah 16 10:31 - And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell , that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day : and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.
ועמי הארץ המביאים את־המקחות וכל־שׁבר ביום השׁבת למכור לא־נקח מהם בשׁבת וביום קדשׁ ונטשׁ את־השׁנה השׁביעית ומשׁא כל־יד - Exodus 2 31:17 - It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever : for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested , and was refreshed .
ביני ובין בני ישׂראל אות הוא לעלם כי־שׁשׁת ימים עשׂה יהוה את־השׁמים ואת־הארץ וביום השׁביעי שׁבת וינפשׁ - Isaiah 23 48:20 - Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, utter it even to the end of the earth ; say ye, The LORD hath redeemed his servant Jacob.
צאו מבבל ברחו מכשׂדים בקול רנה הגידו השׁמיעו זאת הוציאוה עד־קצה הארץ אמרו גאל יהוה עבדו יעקב - Jeremiah 24 26:20 - And there was also a man that prophesied in the name of the LORD, Urijah the son of Shemaiah of Kirjathjearim, who prophesied against this city and against this land according to all the words of Jeremiah :
וגמ־אישׁ היה מתנבא בשׁם יהוה אוריהו בנ־שׁמעיהו מקרית היערים וינבא על־העיר הזאת ועל־הארץ הזאת ככל דברי ירמיהו - Genesis 1 9:16 - And the bow shall be in the cloud ; and I will look upon it , that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
והיתה הקשׁת בענן וראיתיה לזכר ברית עולם בין אלהים ובין כל־נפשׁ חיה בכל־בשׂר אשׁר על־הארץ
