- Jeremiah 24 16:3 - For thus saith the LORD concerning the sons and concerning the daughters that are born in this place, and concerning their mothers that bare them, and concerning their fathers that begat them in this land ;
כי־כה אמר יהוה על־הבנים ועל־הבנות הילודים במקום הזה ועל־אמתם הילדות אותם ועל־אבותם המולדים אותם בארץ הזאת - Jeremiah 24 34:2 - Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel ; Go and speak to Zedekiah king of Judah, and tell him, Thus saith the LORD ; Behold, I will give this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire :
כה־אמר יהוה אלהי ישׂראל הלך ואמרת אל־צדקיהו מלך יהודה ואמרת אליו כה אמר יהוה הנני נתן את־העיר הזאת ביד מלכ־בבל ושׂרפה באשׁ - Genesis 1 19:20 - Behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one : Oh, let me escape thither, and my soul shall live .
