- Exodus 2 27:5 - And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.
ונתתה אתה תחת כרכב המזבח מלמטה והיתה הרשׁת עד חצי המזבח נָתַן Add, apply, appoint, as.. [8804] כַּרְכֹּב Compass מִזְבֵּחַ Altar מַטָּה Beneath, down(-ward), l.. רֶשֶׁת Net(-work) עַד Against, and, as, at, b.. חֵצִי Half, middle, mid(-nigh.. מִזְבֵּחַ Altar - Leviticus 3 1:17 - And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but shall not divide it asunder : and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire : it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
ושׁסע אתו בכנפיו לא יבדיל והקטיר אתו הכהן המזבחה על־העצים אשׁר על־האשׁ עלה הוא אשׁה ריח ניחח ליהוה - Leviticus 3 9:12 - And he slew the burnt offering ; and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.
וישׁחט את־העלה וימצאו בני אהרן אליו את־הדם ויזרקהו על־המזבח סביב - Exodus 2 28:43 - And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die : it shall be a statute for ever unto him and his seed after him.
והיו על־אהרן ועל־בניו בבאם אל־אהל מועד או בגשׁתם אל־המזבח לשׁרת בקדשׁ ולא־ישׂאו עון ומתו חקת עולם לו ולזרעו אחריו - Exodus 2 40:10 - And thou shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar : and it shall be an altar most holy.
ומשׁחת את־מזבח העלה ואת־כל־כליו וקדשׁת את־המזבח והיה המזבח קדשׁ קדשׁים
