- 1 Chronicles 13 21:17 - And David said unto God, Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered ? even I it is that have sinned and done evil indeed ; but as for these sheep, what have they done ? let thine hand, I pray thee, O LORD my God, be on me, and on my father's house ; but not on thy people, that they should be plagued.
ויאמר דויד אל־האלהים הלא אני אמרתי למנות בעם ואני־הוא אשׁר־חטאתי והרע הרעותי ואלה הצאן מה עשׂו יהוה אלהי תהי נא ידך בי ובבית אבי ובעמך לא למגפה - Exodus 2 8:4 - And the frogs shall come up both on thee, and upon thy people, and upon all thy servants.
ובכה ובעמך ובכל־עבדיך יעלו הצפרדעים צְפַרְדֵּעַ Frog עָלָה Arise (up), (cause to) .. ושׁרץ היאר צפרדעים ועלו ובאו בביתך ובחדר משׁכבך ועל־מטתך ובבית עבדיך ובעמך ובתנוריך ובמשׁארותיך - Exodus 2 8:21 - Else, if thou wilt not let my people go , behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses : and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.
כי אמ־אינך משׁלח את־עמי הנני משׁליח בך ובעבדיך ובעמך ובבתיך את־הערב ומלאו בתי מצרים את־הערב וגם האדמה אשׁר־הם עליה - Exodus 2 9:14 - For I will at this time send all my plagues upon thine heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people ; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.
