- Judges 7 7:19 - So Gideon, and the hundred men that were with him, came unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch ; and they had but newly set the watch : and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that were in their hands.
ויבא גדעון ומאה־אישׁ אשׁר־אתו בקצה המחנה ראשׁ האשׁמרת התיכונה אך הקם הקימו את־השׁמרים ויתקעו בשׁופרות ונפוץ הכדים אשׁר בידם - Joshua 6 6:20 - So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets : and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat , so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
וירע העם ויתקעו בשׁפרות ויהי כשׁמע העם את־קול השׁופר ויריעו העם תרועה גדולה ותפל החומה תחתיה ויעל העם העירה אישׁ נגדו וילכדו את־העיר - Judges 7 7:20 - And the three companies blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers, and held the lamps in their left hands, and the trumpets in their right hands to blow withal: and they cried , The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.
ויתקעו שׁלשׁת הראשׁים בשׁופרות וישׁברו הכדים ויחזיקו ביד־שׂמאולם בלפדים וביד־ימינם השׁופרות לתקוע ויקראו חרב ליהוה ולגדעון - Judges 7 7:22 - And the three hundred blew the trumpets, and the LORD set every man's sword against his fellow, even throughout all the host : and the host fled to Bethshittah in Zererath, and to the border of Abelmeholah, unto Tabbath.
ויתקעו שׁלשׁ־מאות השׁופרות וישׂם יהוה את חרב אישׁ ברעהו ובכל־המחנה וינס המחנה עד־בית השׁטה צררתה עד שׂפת־אבל מחולה על־טבת - 1 Kings 11 1:39 - And Zadok the priest took an horn of oil out of the tabernacle, and anointed Solomon. And they blew the trumpet ; and all the people said , God save king Solomon.
