- Daniel 27 8:4 - I saw the ram pushing westward, and northward, and southward ; so that no beasts might stand before him, neither was there any that could deliver out of his hand ; but he did according to his will, and became great .
ראיתי את־האיל מנגח ימה וצפונה ונגבה וכל־חיות לא־יעמדו לפניו ואין מציל מידו ועשׂה כרצנו והגדיל - 1 Chronicles 13 9:24 - In four quarters were the porters, toward the east, west, north, and south.
לארבע רוחות יהיו השׁערים מזרח ימה צפונה ונגבה - Ezekiel 26 48:10 - And for them, even for the priests, shall be this holy oblation ; toward the north five and twenty thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and twenty thousand in length : and the sanctuary of the LORD shall be in the midst thereof.
