- 1 Kings 11 18:24 - And call ye on the name of your gods, and I will call on the name of the LORD : and the God that answereth by fire, let him be God. And all the people answered and said , It is well spoken.
וקראתם בשׁם אלהיכם ואני אקרא בשׁמ־יהוה והיה האלהים אשׁר־יענה באשׁ הוא האלהים ויען כל־העם ויאמרו טוב הדבר - Jeremiah 24 29:12 - Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
וקראתם אתי והלכתם והתפללתם אלי ושׁמעתי אליכם קָרָא Bewray (self), that are.. [8804] הָלַךְ (all) along, apace, beh.. [8804] פָּלַל Intreat, judge(-ment), .. [8694] שָׁמַע × attentively, call (ga.. וקדשׁתם את שׁנת החמשׁים שׁנה וקראתם דרור בארץ לכל־ישׁביה יובל הוא תהיה לכם ושׁבתם אישׁ אל־אחזתו ואישׁ אל־משׁפחתו תשׁבו - Leviticus 3 23:21 - And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
