- Micah 33 6:13 - Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of thy sins.
וגמ־אני החליתי הכותך השׁמם על־חטאתך חָלָה Beseech, (be) diseased,.. [8689] נָכָה Beat, cast forth, clap,.. [8687] שָׁמֵם to be desolate, be app... Make amazed, be astonie.. [8687] חַטָּאָה Punishment (of sin), pu.. - Leviticus 3 9:7 - And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people : and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded .
ויאמר משׁה אל־אהרן קרב אל־המזבח ועשׂה את־חטאתך ואת־עלתך וכפר בעדך ובעד העם ועשׂה את־קרבן העם וכפר בעדם כאשׁר צוה יהוה - 2 Samuel 10 12:13 - And David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin ; thou shalt not die .
ויאמר דוד אל־נתן חטאתי ליהוה ויאמר נתן אל־דוד גמ־יהוה העביר חטאתך לא תמות - Isaiah 23 6:7 - And he laid it upon my mouth, and said , Lo, this hath touched thy lips ; and thine iniquity is taken away , and thy sin purged .
