- Jeremiah 24 41:16 - Then took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that were with him, all the remnant of the people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after that he had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, even mighty men of war, and the women, and the children, and the eunuchs, whom he had brought again from Gibeon :
ויקח יוחנן בנ־קרח וכל־שׂרי החילים אשׁר־אתו את כל־שׁארית העם אשׁר השׁיב מאת ישׁמעאל בנ־נתניה מנ־המצפה אחר הכה את־גדליה בנ־אחיקם גברים אנשׁי המלחמה ונשׁים וטף וסרסים אשׁר השׁיב מגבעון - 1 Chronicles 13 6:10 - And Johanan begat Azariah,
ויוחנן הוליד את־עזריה הוא אשׁר כהן בבית אשׁר־בנה שׁלמה בירושׁלם - Jeremiah 24 40:8 - Then they came to Gedaliah to Mizpah, even Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and Johanan and Jonathan the sons of Kareah, and Seraiah the son of Tanhumeth, and the sons of Ephai the Netophathite, and Jezaniah the son of a Maachathite, they and their men.
ויבאו אל־גדליה המצפתה וישׁמעאל בנ־נתניהו ויוחנן ויונתן בני־קרח ושׂריה בנ־תנחמת ובני עופי הנטפתי ויזניהו בנ־המעכתי המה ואנשׁיהם - Nehemiah 16 12:23 - The sons of Levi, the chief of the fathers, were written in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib.
