- Job 18 34:7 - What man is like Job, who drinketh up scorning like water ?
מי־גבר כאיוב ישׁתה־לעג כמים גֶּבֶר Every one, man, × mighty אִיּוֹב Job שָׁתָה × assuredly, banquet, ×.. [8799] לַעַג Derision, scorn (-ing) מַיִם water Piss, wasting, water(-.. - Genesis 1 44:5 - Is not this it in which my lord drinketh , and whereby indeed he divineth ? ye have done evil in so doing .
הלוא זה אשׁר ישׁתה אדני בו והוא נחשׁ ינחשׁ בו הרעתם אשׁר עשׂיתם - Leviticus 3 11:34 - Of all meat which may be eaten , that on which such water cometh shall be unclean : and all drink that may be drunk in every such vessel shall be unclean .
מכל־האכל אשׁר יאכל אשׁר יבוא עליו מים יטמא וכל־משׁקה אשׁר ישׁתה בכל־כלי יטמא - 1 Kings 11 19:8 - And he arose , and did eat and drink , and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God.
