- Judges 7 20:39 - And when the men of Israel retired in the battle, Benjamin began to smite and kill of the men of Israel about thirty persons : for they said , Surely they are smitten down before us, as in the first battle.
ויהפך אישׁ־ישׂראל במלחמה ובנימן החל להכות חללים באישׁ־ישׂראל כשׁלשׁים אישׁ כי אמרו אך נגוף נגף הוא לפנינו כמלחמה הראשׁנה - 1 Samuel 9 9:22 - And Samuel took Saul and his servant, and brought them into the parlour, and made them sit in the chiefest place among them that were bidden , which were about thirty persons.
ויקח שׁמואל את־שׁאול ואת־נערו ויביאם לשׁכתה ויתן להם מקום בראשׁ הקרואים והמה כשׁלשׁים אישׁ - Joshua 6 7:5 - And the men of Ai smote of them about thirty and six men : for they chased them from before the gate even unto Shebarim, and smote them in the going down : wherefore the hearts of the people melted , and became as water.
ויכו מהם אנשׁי העי כשׁלשׁים ושׁשׁה אישׁ וירדפום לפני השׁער עד־השׁברים ויכום במורד וימס לבב־העם ויהי למים - Judges 7 20:31 - And the children of Benjamin went out against the people, and were drawn away from the city ; and they began to smite of the people, and kill, as at other times, in the highways, of which one goeth up to the house of God , and the other to Gibeah in the field, about thirty men of Israel.
ויצאו בני־בנימן לקראת העם הנתקו מנ־העיר ויחלו להכות מהעם חללים כפעם בפעם במסלות אשׁר אחת עלה בית־אל ואחת גבעתה בשׂדה כשׁלשׁים אישׁ בישׂראל
