- Ezekiel 26 20:21 - Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me: they walked not in my statutes, neither kept my judgments to do them, which if a man do , he shall even live in them; they polluted my sabbaths : then I said , I would pour out my fury upon them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.
וימרו־בי הבנים בחקותי לא־הלכו ואת־משׁפטי לא־שׁמרו לעשׂות אותם אשׁר יעשׂה אותם האדם וחי בהם את־שׁבתותי חללו ואמר לשׁפך חמתי עליהם לכלות אפי בם במדבר - 2 Chronicles 14 34:21 - Go , enquire of the LORD for me, and for them that are left in Israel and in Judah, concerning the words of the book that is found : for great is the wrath of the LORD that is poured out upon us, because our fathers have not kept the word of the LORD, to do after all that is written in this book.
