- Deuteronomy 5 9:28 - Lest the land whence thou broughtest us out say , Because the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them, and because he hated them, he hath brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.
פנ־יאמרו הארץ אשׁר הוצאתנו משׁם מבלי יכלת יהוה להביאם אל־הארץ אשׁר־דבר להם ומשׂנאתו אותם הוציאם להמתם במדבר - Daniel 27 1:7 - Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names : for he gave unto Daniel the name of Belteshazzar ; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach ; and to Mishael, of Meshach ; and to Azariah, of Abednego.
וישׂם להם שׂר הסריסים שׁמות וישׂם לדניאל בלטשׁאצר ולחנניה שׁדרך ולמישׁאל מישׁך ולעזריה עבד נגו - Deuteronomy 5 2:11 - Which also were accounted giants, as the Anakims ; but the Moabites call them Emims.

ותתנם ביד צריהם ויצרו להם ובעת צרתם יצעקו אליך ואתה משׁמים תשׁמע וכרחמיך הרבים תתן להם מושׁיעים ויושׁיעום מיד צריהם - Judges 7 6:2 - And the hand of Midian prevailed against Israel : and because of the Midianites the children of Israel made them the dens which are in the mountains, and caves, and strong holds.
