- Exodus 2 5:8 - And the tale of the bricks, which they did make heretofore , ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish ought thereof: for they be idle ; therefore they cry , saying , Let us go and sacrifice to our God.
ואת־מתכנת הלבנים אשׁר הם עשׂים תמול שׁלשׁם תשׂימו עליהם לא תגרעו ממנו כי־נרפים הם על־כן הם צעקים לאמר נלכה נזבחה לאלהינו - Exodus 2 5:3 - And they said , The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go , we pray thee, three days ' journey into the desert, and sacrifice unto the LORD our God ; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.
ויאמרו אלהי העברים נקרא עלינו נלכה נא דרך שׁלשׁת ימים במדבר ונזבחה ליהוה אלהינו פנ־יפגענו בדבר או בחרב - Exodus 2 5:17 - But he said , Ye are idle , ye are idle : therefore ye say , Let us go and do sacrifice to the LORD.
ויאמר נרפים אתם נרפים על־כן אתם אמרים נלכה נזבחה ליהוה - Exodus 2 3:18 - And they shall hearken to thy voice : and thou shalt come , thou and the elders of Israel, unto the king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go , we beseech thee, three days ' journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God.
ושׁמעו לקלך ובאת אתה וזקני ישׂראל אל־מלך מצרים ואמרתם אליו יהוה אלהי העבריים נקרה עלינו ועתה נלכה־נא דרך שׁלשׁת ימים במדבר ונזבחה ליהוה אלהינו
