- Ecclesiastes 21 8:14 - There is a vanity which is done upon the earth ; that there be just men, unto whom it happeneth according to the work of the wicked ; again, there be wicked men, to whom it happeneth according to the work of the righteous : I said that this also is vanity.
ישׁ־הבל אשׁר נעשׂה על־הארץ אשׁר ישׁ צדיקים אשׁר מגיע אלהם כמעשׂה הרשׁעים וישׁ רשׁעים שׁמגיע אלהם כמעשׂה הצדיקים אמרתי שׁגמ־זה הבל - 1 Samuel 9 5:8 - They sent therefore and gathered all the lords of the Philistines unto them, and said , What shall we do with the ark of the God of Israel ? And they answered , Let the ark of the God of Israel be carried about unto Gath. And they carried the ark of the God of Israel about thither.
וישׁלחו ויאספו את־כל־סרני פלשׁתים אליהם ויאמרו מה־נעשׂה לארון אלהי ישׂראל ויאמרו גת יסב ארון אלהי ישׂראל ויסבו את־ארון אלהי ישׂראל - Jeremiah 24 18:12 - And they said , There is no hope : but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.
