- Isaiah 23 62:10 - Go through , go through the gates ; prepare ye the way of the people ; cast up , cast up the highway ; gather out the stones ; lift up a standard for the people.
עברו עברו בשׁערים פנו דרך העם סלו סלו המסלה סקלו מאבן הרימו נס על־העמים - Deuteronomy 5 22:21 - Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die : because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house : so shalt thou put evil away from among you.
והוציאו את־הנער אל־פתח בית־אביה וסקלוה אנשׁי עירה באבנים ומתה כי־עשׂתה נבלה בישׂראל לזנות בית אביה ובערת הרע מקרבך - Joshua 6 7:25 - And Joshua said , Why hast thou troubled us? the LORD shall trouble thee this day.
