- 1 Samuel 9 14:36 - And Saul said , Let us go down after the Philistines by night, and spoil them until the morning light, and let us not leave a man of them. And they said , Do whatsoever seemeth good unto thee. Then said the priest, Let us draw near hither unto God.
ויאמר שׁאול נרדה אחרי פלשׁתים לילה ונבזה בהם עד־אור הבקר ולא־נשׁאר בהם אישׁ ויאמרו כל־הטוב בעיניך עשׂה ויאמר הכהן נקרבה הלם אל־האלהים - 1 Samuel 9 25:36 - And Abigail came to Nabal ; and, behold, he held a feast in his house, like the feast of a king ; and Nabal's heart was merry within him, for he was very drunken : wherefore she told him nothing, less or more, until the morning light.
ותבא אביגיל אל־נבל והנה־לו משׁתה בביתו כמשׁתה המלך ולב נבל טוב עליו והוא שׁכר עד־מאד ולא־הגידה לו דבר קטן וגדול עד־אור הבקר - 1 Samuel 9 25:34 - For in very deed, as the LORD God of Israel liveth, which hath kept me back from hurting thee, except thou hadst hasted and come to meet me, surely there had not been left unto Nabal by the morning light any that pisseth against the wall.
