- Ezra 15 10:2 - And Shechaniah the son of Jehiel, one of the sons of Elam, answered and said unto Ezra, We have trespassed against our God, and have taken strange wives of the people of the land : yet now there is hope in Israel concerning this thing.
ויען שׁכניה בנ־יחיאל מבני עולם ויאמר לעזרא אנחנו מעלנו באלהינו ונשׁב נשׁים נכריות מעמי הארץ ועתה ישׁ־מקוה לישׂראל על־זאת - Jeremiah 24 31:26 - Upon this I awaked , and beheld ; and my sleep was sweet unto me.
על־זאת הקיצתי ואראה ושׁנתי ערבה לי קוּץ Arise, (be) (a-)wake, w.. [8689] רָאָה Advise self, appear, ap.. [8799] שֵׁנָה Sleep עָרֵב Be pleasant(-ing), take.. [8804] - Amos 30 7:3 - The LORD repented for this: It shall not be, saith the LORD.
