- Numbers 4 11:18 - And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh : for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying , Who shall give us flesh to eat ? for it was well with us in Egypt : therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat .
ואל־העם תאמר התקדשׁו למחר ואכלתם בשׂר כי בכיתם באזני יהוה לאמר מי יאכלנו בשׂר כי־טוב לנו במצרים ונתן יהוה לכם בשׂר ואכלתם - Micah 33 1:2 - Hear , all ye people ; hearken , O earth, and all that therein is: and let the Lord GOD be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.
שׁמעו עמים כלם הקשׁיבי ארץ ומלאה ויהי אדני יהוה בכם לעד אדני מהיכל קדשׁו - Isaiah 23 52:10 - The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations ; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
חשׂף יהוה את־זרוע קדשׁו לעיני כל־הגוים וראו כל־אפסי־ארץ את ישׁועת אלהינו - 1 Samuel 9 16:5 - And he said , Peaceably : I am come to sacrifice unto the LORD : sanctify yourselves, and come with me to the sacrifice. And he sanctified Jesse and his sons, and called them to the sacrifice.
ויאמר שׁלום לזבח ליהוה באתי התקדשׁו ובאתם אתי בזבח ויקדשׁ את־ישׁי ואת־בניו ויקרא להם לזבח - Numbers 4 16:38 - The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar : for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are hallowed : and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel.
