- Deuteronomy 5 31:28 - Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers , that I may speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against them.
הקהילו אלי את־כל־זקני שׁבטיכם ושׁטריכם ואדברה באזניהם את הדברים האלה ואעידה בם את־השׁמים ואת־הארץ - 2 Chronicles 14 6:5 - Since the day that I brought forth my people out of the land of Egypt I chose no city among all the tribes of Israel to build an house in, that my name might be there; neither chose I any man to be a ruler over my people Israel :
מנ־היום אשׁר הוצאתי את־עמי מארץ מצרים לא־בחרתי בעיר מכל שׁבטי ישׂראל לבנות בית להיות שׁמי שׁם ולא־בחרתי באישׁ להיות נגיד על־עמי ישׂראל - Ezekiel 26 47:13 - Thus saith the Lord GOD ; This shall be the border, whereby ye shall inherit the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel : Joseph shall have two portions.
