- Psalms 19 89:12 - The north and the south thou hast created them: Tabor and Hermon shall rejoice in thy name.
צפון וימין אתה בראתם תבור וחרמון בשׁמך ירננו - Joshua 6 19:34 - And then the coast turneth westward to Aznothtabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the south side, and reacheth to Asher on the west side, and to Judah upon Jordan toward the sunrising .
ושׁב הגבול ימה אזנות תבור ויצא משׁם חוקקה ופגע בזבלון מנגב ובאשׁר פגע מים וביהודה הירדן מזרח השׁמשׁ - 1 Samuel 9 10:3 - Then shalt thou go on forward from thence, and thou shalt come to the plain of Tabor, and there shall meet thee three men going up to God to Bethel, one carrying three kids, and another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a bottle of wine :
וחלפת משׁם והלאה ובאת עד־אלון תבור ומצאוך שׁם שׁלשׁה אנשׁים עלים אל־האלהים בית־אל אחד נשׂא שׁלשׁה גדיים ואחד נשׂא שׁלשׁת ככרות לחם ואחד נשׂא נבל־יין - Jeremiah 24 46:18 - As I live, saith the King, whose name is the LORD of hosts, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains, and as Carmel by the sea, so shall he come .
חי־אני נאמ־המלך יהוה צבאות שׁמו כי כתבור בהרים וככרמל בים יבוא - Joshua 6 19:22 - And the coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Bethshemesh ; and the outgoings of their border were at Jordan : sixteen cities with their villages.
