- Psalms 19 119:92 - Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.
לולי תורתך שׁעשׁעי אז אבדתי בעניי לוּלֵא Except, had not, if (.... תּוֹרָה Law שַׁעְשֻׁעַ Delight, pleasure אָבַד Break, destroy, destruc.. [8804] עֳנִי Afflicted(-ion), trouble - Psalms 19 119:70 - Their heart is as fat as grease ; but I delight in thy law.
טפשׁ כחלב לבם אני תורתך שׁעשׁעתי לֵב Care for, comfortably,.. טָפַשׁ Be fat [8804] חֶלֶב × best, fat(-ness), × f.. שָׁעַע Cry (out) (by confusion.. [8773] תּוֹרָה Law - Exodus 2 18:16 - When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.
כי־יהיה להם דבר בא אלי ושׁפטתי בין אישׁ ובין רעהו והודעתי את־חקי האלהים ואת־תורתיו - Isaiah 23 30:9 - That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD :
