- Deuteronomy 5 14:27 - And the Levite that is within thy gates ; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
והלוי אשׁר־בשׁעריך לא תעזבנו כי אין לו חלק ונחלה עמך לֵוִיִּי Leviite שַׁעַר City, door, gate, port,.. עָזַב Commit self, fail, fors.. [8799] חֵלֶק Flattery, inheritance, .. נַחֲלָה Heritage, to inherit, i.. - 1 Chronicles 13 28:9 - And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind : for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts : if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.
