- Ezekiel 26 2:3 - And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.
ויאמר אלי בנ־אדם שׁולח אני אותך אל־בני ישׂראל אל־גוים המורדים אשׁר מרדו־בי המה ואבותם פשׁעו בי עד־עצם היום הזה - Jeremiah 24 9:16 - I will scatter them also among the heathen, whom neither they nor their fathers have known : and I will send a sword after them, till I have consumed them.
והפצותים בגוים אשׁר לא ידעו המה ואבותם ושׁלחתי אחריהם את־החרב עד כלותי אותם
