- Isaiah 23 44:27 - That saith to the deep, Be dry , and I will dry up thy rivers :
האמר לצולה חרבי ונהרתיך אובישׁ אָמַר "to say/speak/utter" Answer, appoint, avouch.. [8802] צוּלָה Deep חָרַב Decay, (be) desolate, d.. [8798] יָבֵשׁ Be ashamed, clean, be c..
