- Proverbs 20 23:6 - Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats :
אל־תלחם את־לחם רע עין ואל־תתאו למטעמתיו - Leviticus 3 21:8 - Thou shalt sanctify him therefore; for he offereth the bread of thy God : he shall be holy unto thee: for I the LORD, which sanctify you, am holy.
וקדשׁתו כי־את־לחם אלהיך הוא מקריב קדשׁ יהיה־לך כי קדושׁ אני יהוה מקדשׁכם - Leviticus 3 22:25 - Neither from a stranger's hand shall ye offer the bread of your God of any of these; because their corruption is in them, and blemishes be in them: they shall not be accepted for you.
