- Joshua 6 10:18 - And Joshua said , Roll great stones upon the mouth of the cave, and set men by it for to keep them:
ויאמר יהושׁע גלו אבנים גדלות אל־פי המערה והפקידו עליה אנשׁים לשׁמרם - 1 Kings 11 14:27 - And king Rehoboam made in their stead brasen shields, and committed them unto the hands of the chief of the guard , which kept the door of the king's house.
ויעשׂ המלך רחבעם תחתם מגני נחשׁת והפקיד על־יד שׂרי הרצים השׁמרים פתח בית המלך - 2 Chronicles 14 12:10 - Instead of which king Rehoboam made shields of brass, and committed them to the hands of the chief of the guard , that kept the entrance of the king's house.
