- Ezekiel 26 17:3 - And say , Thus saith the Lord GOD ; A great eagle with great wings, longwinged , full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar :
ואמרת כה־אמר אדני יהוה הנשׁר הגדול גדול הכנפים ארך האבר מלא הנוצה אשׁר־לו הרקמה בא אל־הלבנון ויקח את־צמרת הארז - Ezekiel 26 27:16 - Syria was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of thy making : they occupied in thy fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and agate.
ארם סחרתך מרב מעשׂיך בנפך ארגמן ורקמה ובוץ וראמת וכדכד נתנו בעזבוניך - Ezekiel 26 27:24 - These were thy merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among thy merchandise.
