- Amos 30 8:4 - Hear this, O ye that swallow up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail ,
שׁמעו־זאת השׁאפים אביון ולשׁבית ענוי־ארץ - Amos 30 2:7 - That pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the meek : and a man and his father will go in unto the same maid, to profane my holy name :
השׁאפים על־עפר־ארץ בראשׁ דלים ודרך ענוים יטו ואישׁ ואביו ילכו אל־הנערה למען חלל את־שׁם קדשׁי - Psalms 19 57:3 - He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up . Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
