- Job 18 2:7 - So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.
ויצא השׂטן מאת פני יהוה ויך את־איוב בשׁחין רע מכף רגלו עד קדקדו - Leviticus 3 13:23 - But if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not, it is a burning boil ; and the priest shall pronounce him clean .
ואמ־תחתיה תעמד הבהרת לא פשׂתה צרבת השׁחין הוא וטהרו הכהן בֹּהֶרֶת Bright spot עָמַד Abide (behind), appoint.. יככה יהוה בשׁחין מצרים ובעפלים ובגרב ובחרס אשׁר לא־תוכל להרפא - Exodus 2 9:11 - And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils ; for the boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.
ולא־יכלו החרטמים לעמד לפני משׁה מפני השׁחין כי־היה השׁחין בחרטמם ובכל־מצרים - Exodus 2 9:9 - And it shall become small dust in all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.
