ויקר פדיון נפשׁם וחדל לעולם פִּדְיוֹם Ransom, that were redee.. נֶפֶשׁ Any, appetite, beast, b.. יָקַר Be (make) precious, be .. [8799] חָדַל Cease, end, fall, forbe.. [8804] עוֹלָם Alway(-s), ancient (tim.. - Numbers 4 9:13 - But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people : because he brought not the offering of the LORD in his appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.
והאישׁ אשׁר־הוא טהור ובדרך לא־היה וחדל לעשׂות הפסח ונכרתה הנפשׁ ההוא מעמיה כי קרבן יהוה לא הקריב במעדו חטאו ישׂא האישׁ ההוא - Isaiah 23 53:3 - He is despised and rejected of men ; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief : and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised , and we esteemed him not.
