- 2 Kings 12 11:1 - And when Athaliah the mother of Ahaziah saw that her son was dead , she arose and destroyed all the seed royal.
ועתליה אם אחזיהו וראתה כי מת בנה ותקם ותאבד את כל־זרע הממלכה - Amos 30 9:8 - Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth ; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.
