- Micah 33 6:16 - For the statutes of Omri are kept , and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels ; that I should make thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing : therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.
וישׁתמר חקות עמרי וכל מעשׂה בית־אחאב ותלכו במעצותם למען תתי אתך לשׁמה וישׁביה לשׁרקה וחרפת עמי תשׂאו - 1 Kings 11 16:21 - Then were the people of Israel divided into two parts : half of the people followed Tibni the son of Ginath, to make him king ; and half followed Omri.
