- Esther 17 9:32 - And the decree of Esther confirmed these matters of Purim ; and it was written in the book.
ומאמר אסתר קים דברי הפרים האלה ונכתב בספר מַאֲמַר Commandment, decree אֶסְתֵּר Esther קוּם Abide, accomplish, × be.. [8765] דָּבָר Act, advice, affair, an.. פּוּר Pur, Purim כָּתַב Describe, record, presc.. [8737] סֵפֶר Bill, book, evidence, ×.. - Numbers 4 8:12 - And the Levites shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks : and thou shalt offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, unto the LORD, to make an atonement for the Levites.
והלוים יסמכו את־ידיהם על ראשׁ הפרים ועשׂה את־האחד חטאת ואת־האחד עלה ליהוה לכפר על־הלוים - Esther 17 9:31 - To confirm these days of Purim in their times appointed, according as Mordecai the Jew and Esther the queen had enjoined them, and as they had decreed for themselves and for their seed, the matters of the fastings and their cry.
לקים את־ימי הפרים האלה בזמניהם כאשׁר קים עליהם מרדכי היהודי ואסתר המלכה וכאשׁר קימו על־נפשׁם ועל־זרעם דברי הצמות וזעקתם
