- Isaiah 23 41:18 - I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys : I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.
אפתח על־שׁפיים נהרות ובתוך בקעות מעינות אשׂים מדבר לאגמ־מים וארץ ציה למוצאי מים - Proverbs 20 8:24 - When there were no depths, I was brought forth ; when there were no fountains abounding with water.
