- Numbers 4 21:6 - And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people ; and much people of Israel died .
וישׁלח יהוה בעם את הנחשׁים השׂרפים וינשׁכו את־העם וימת עמ־רב מישׂראל - Numbers 4 24:1 - And when Balaam saw that it pleased the LORD to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.
