- Proverbs 20 5:2 - That thou mayest regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.
לשׁמר מזמות ודעת שׂפתיך ינצרו שָׁמַר Beward, be circumspect,.. [8800] מְזִמָּה (wicked) device, discre.. שָׂפָה Band, bank, binding, bo.. נָצַר Besieged, hidden thing,.. [8799] דַּעַת Cunning, (ig-)norantly,.. - Deuteronomy 5 33:9 - Who said unto his father and to his mother, I have not seen him; neither did he acknowledge his brethren, nor knew his own children : for they have observed thy word, and kept thy covenant.
האמר לאביו ולאמו לא ראיתיו ואת־אחיו לא הכיר ואת־בנו לא ידע כי שׁמרו אמרתך ובריתך ינצרו - Isaiah 23 48:6 - Thou hast heard , see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things , and thou didst not know them.
שׁמעת חזה כלה ואתם הלוא תגידו השׁמעתיך חדשׁות מעתה ונצרות ולא ידעתם - Proverbs 20 22:12 - The eyes of the LORD preserve knowledge, and he overthroweth the words of the transgressor .
