- Jeremiah 24 25:31 - A noise shall come even to the ends of the earth ; for the LORD hath a controversy with the nations, he will plead with all flesh ; he will give them that are wicked to the sword, saith the LORD.
בא שׁאון עד־קצה הארץ כי ריב ליהוה בגוים נשׁפט הוא לכל־בשׂר הרשׁעים נתנם לחרב נאמ־יהוה - Jeremiah 24 48:45 - They that fled stood under the shadow of Heshbon because of the force : but a fire shall come forth out of Heshbon, and a flame from the midst of Sihon, and shall devour the corner of Moab, and the crown of the head of the tumultuous ones.
בצל חשׁבון עמדו מכח נסים כי־אשׁ יצא מחשׁבון ולהבה מבין סיחון ותאכל פאת מואב וקדקד בני שׁאון - Isaiah 23 17:12 - Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas ; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters !
