- Genesis 1 41:7 - And the seven thin ears devoured the seven rank and full ears. And Pharaoh awoke , and, behold, it was a dream.
ותבלענה השׁבלים הדקות את שׁבע השׁבלים הבריאות והמלאות וייקץ פרעה והנה חלום - Isaiah 23 17:5 - And it shall be as when the harvestman gathereth the corn, and reapeth the ears with his arm ; and it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of Rephaim.
והיה כאסף קציר קמה וזרעו שׁבלים יקצור והיה כמלקט שׁבלים בעמק רפאים - Ruth 8 2:2 - And Ruth the Moabitess said unto Naomi, Let me now go to the field, and glean ears of corn after him in whose sight I shall find grace. And she said unto her, Go , my daughter.
