- Leviticus 3 22:10 - There shall no stranger eat of the holy thing : a sojourner of the priest, or an hired servant, shall not eat of the holy thing.
וכל־זר לא־יאכל קדשׁ תושׁב כהן ושׂכיר לא־יאכל קדשׁ - 2 Kings 12 17:26 - Wherefore they spake to the king of Assyria, saying , The nations which thou hast removed , and placed in the cities of Samaria, know not the manner of the God of the land : therefore he hath sent lions among them, and, behold, they slay them, because they know not the manner of the God of the land.
ויאמרו למלך אשׁור לאמר הגוים אשׁר הגלית ותושׁב בערי שׁמרון לא ידעו את־משׁפט אלהי הארץ וישׁלח־בם את־האריות והנם ממיתים אותם כאשׁר אינם ידעים את־משׁפט אלהי הארץ - Leviticus 3 25:40 - But as an hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee, and shall serve thee unto the year of jubile :

[8799] שָׁנֶה Whole age, × long, ol.. יוֹבֵל Jubile, ram's horn, tru.. - Leviticus 3 25:45 - Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy , and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land : and they shall be your possession.
וגם מבני התושׁבים הגרים עמכם מהם תקנו וממשׁפחתם אשׁר עמכם אשׁר הולידו בארצכם והיו לכם לאחזה - Psalms 19 39:12 - Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear unto my cry ; hold not thy peace at my tears : for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.
שׁמעה־תפלתי יהוה ושׁועתי האזינה אל־דמעתי אל־תחרשׁ כי גר אנכי עמך תושׁב ככל־אבותי
