- Ezekiel 26 28:17 - Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness : I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
גבה לבך ביפיך שׁחת חכמתך על־יפעתך על־ארץ השׁלכתיך לפני מלכים נתתיך לראוה בך - Ezekiel 26 16:14 - And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty : for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD.
ויצא לך שׁם בגוים ביפיך כי כליל הוא בהדרי אשׁר־שׂמתי עליך נאם אדני יהוה - Ezekiel 26 16:15 - But thou didst trust in thine own beauty, and playedst the harlot because of thy renown, and pouredst out thy fornications on every one that passed by ; his it was.
