- Ezekiel 26 28:2 - Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD ; Because thine heart is lifted up , and thou hast said , I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas ; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God :
בנ־אדם אמר לנגיד צר כה־אמר אדני יהוה יען גבה לבך ותאמר אל אני מושׁב אלהים ישׁבתי בלב ימים ואתה אדם ולא־אל ותתן לבך כלב אלהים - 1 Kings 11 20:28 - And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said , Thus saith the LORD, Because the Syrians have said , The LORD is God of the hills, but he is not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

When the LORD shall stretch out his hand, both he that helpeth shall fall , and he that is holpen shall fall down , and they all shall fail together.
ומצרים אדם ולא־אל וסוסיהם בשׂר ולא־רוח ויהוה יטה ידו וכשׁל עוזר ונפל עזר ויחדו כלם יכליון - Ezekiel 26 28:9 - Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God ? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.
